A Martin teenager has been indicted as an adult after being accused of killing his mother’s boyfriend last June.
Seventeen year-old Morgan Christopher Romans of Martin was indicted by the Weakley County Grand Jury and is accused of shooting his mother’s boyfriend Mason Tucker Arnold.
Romans is being charged with Manslaughter in Arnold’s death.
Investigator Shannon Neal the said shooting took place around 4:30am June 6th at 724 Haygood Road North of Martin.
Investigator Lt. Kerry Workman confirmed Mr. Arnold died of a gunshot wound.
Romans is currently in the custody of his mother, awaiting trial August 6th.
