The Cardinals will have split squad games on Saturday to start the schedule.
St. Louis will play the Miami Marlins at their home facility in Jupiter, while a second team will travel to Port St. Lucie to face the New York Mets.
Left handed pitchers Zach Thompson and Matthew Liberatore will be the starting pitchers for St. Louis.
