Crews are on the scene of a spill at the intersection on Everett Boulevard and West Main Street in Union City.
Law enforcement officials were also on the scene to help with traffic, which was down to one lane during clean-up of the spilled product.
Both northbound lanes were closed during the spraying by the Union City Fire Department.
