South Fulton Girls, Union City Boys Post Tuesday Night Wins

The Union City Golden Tornadoes claimed a 57-20 win over South Fulton on Tuesday night at Marty Sisco Gymnasium.
School Communications Director Mike Hutchens said the lopsided win was Union City’s fifth straight, and ninth in the last ten games.
DeAngelo Moore had 15 points, with Malaki Brooks 14 and Ben Kail 11.
The Golden Tornadoes are now (17-5) overall and (5-0) in District 14A play.
With their outstanding play, Union City moved to the No.3 spot in the state in the latest Associated Press Class-A polls.
In the girls game on Tuesday night, South Fulton got 28 points from Maddie Gray in a 59-33 win over Union City.
The loss dropped the Lady Tornadoes to (8-13) overall and (1-4) in district play.
