NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Jaylin Williams hit every shot he took scoring 17 of his 21 points in the first half as 13th-ranked Auburn coasted to its 10th straight victory routing Vanderbilt 80-65 Wednesday night. Williams finished three off his career-high and was at his best in the first half.
He knocked down five shots with a pair of 3s and five free throws. His dunk with 19 seconds left helped the Tigers lead 41-24 at halftime. This is Auburn’s longest streak since winning 19 straight during the 2021-22 season.
That includes a 10-0 start to SEC play. Vanderbilt has lost four straight.
