The body of a missing man was recovered from the Tennessee River by the Marshall County Rescue Squad on Saturday.
The body was identified as 41 year old Wesley Augustino, of Gilbertsville.
On December 26th, multiple calls were reported of an individual walking on the Tennessee River Bridge, with deputies responding to the scene.
At the scene deputies spotted the individual, but discovered him missing when turning around to approach him.
The Marshall County Rescue Squad reported a search team with the Community Christian Organization discovered the body on Saturday, with a Marshall County rescue squad diver going into the water to recover the victim.
