A body discovered in Marion County, Ohio has been identified as an Obion County woman.
Through fingerprint analysis, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations determined the victim to be 40 year old Darcy Hooper, of South Fulton.
Sheriff’s reports said on January 5th, a 911 dispatch call indicated a possible deceased female in a drainage ditch in Marion County.
Upon their arrival, deputies located the partially decomposed body submerged in the ditch.
An investigation into the death and disposal of the body is still ongoing.
