Clayton Morris is the new OCCHS Football Coach

Clayton Morris to Coach at Obion Central  

West Carroll’s football coach Clayton Morris has accepted the head coaching job at Obion County Central High School.  He succeeds Justin Palmer who has accepted another position at  Forrest High School in Middle Tennessee.

Coach Morris has spent the past three years at West Carroll where he was 18 and 14 and took the War Eagles to the playoffs each year.

 

Coach Morris graduated from Gibson County in 2009 and has a Master’s in Education and Agriculture.

His first coaching job was at Greenfield and then moved to Gibson County, and then to Murray High School where he was the Defensive Coordinator for the Tigers until he was hired to take the West Carroll head coaching job in Atwood.

He is married and has one daughter and plans to begin his tenure at Obion County Central in January
