After over 50 years of service with Bank of Gleason Martha Arnold is retiring as President at the end of the year. She has served as president since 2011 and became the first woman President for the Bank of Gleason. She will continue to remain on the Bank of Gleason Board of Directors.
She joined the Bank in 1973 as a teller and quickly began taking on more responsibilities over the years.
Through the years Ms Arnold was promoted numerous times and was named to Board of Directors and named Chief Executive Officer to go along with her role as President.
She will continue to retain the position of C.E.O. in 2024 while also remaining on the Board of Directors and as a part-time consultant.
