Longtime Dresden High School Coach and Principal Chuck West was honored with a dedication ceremony of the school gym Saturday evening.
Speakers included principal , Scott Killebrew, former Greenfield Coach Don Durden, Thunderbolt Broadcasting President, Paul Tinkle, TSSAA representative, Mike Reid, former assistant superintendent, Jeff Kelly, former Dresden football coach, Scott Hewett, former Dresden girls, basketball player, Carrie Hatchel Forhetz and former Dresden high school basketball stand out and now NBA coach Popeye Jones
Members of the West family along with a large crowd was on hand to attend the dedication. Coach and Principal Chuck West passed away in 2021.
