NWS reports heavy rainfall is expected Tuesday into Wednesday morning and again Thursday into Sunday morning. Total rainfall amounts will average between 4-8 inches through Sunday morning. Areal flooding, river flooding, flooding of creeks and tributaries and flash flooding are all likely due to saturated ground, higher than normal river levels and above normal rainfall since January.
